How It Works

Step 1: Learning What you Like

We will set up a time where we can discuss your needs in the comfort of your own home. The goal of this assessment is to learn about your taste preferences, specific food likes and dislikes as well as any allergy or dietary restrictions you may have. I will take a look at your kitchen, discuss your preferred heating method and the storage containers you would like to use. The assessment is FREE and there is no obligation to schedule. Payment is due upon booking the cook date.

Step 2: Menu Planning

I will provide you with a variety of menu selections based on your food preferences, the season and other information provided during the assessment. You will then select from the menu and email or call in your selections.

Step 3: Grocery Shopping, Cooking and Cleaning

On your cook date, I will do all the shopping for you. I will purchase the freshest and finest ingredients and bring them to your home to prepare your meals. I then prepare the meals in your home using my mobile kitchen including all my own pots, pans, utensils and pantry items. Once all your meals are prepared, I will package, label and store them in your refrigerator or freezer (according to your preference). I will leave your kitchen clean, with the aromas of freshly prepared meals.

Step 4: Enjoy

Enjoy the meals at your convenience. No shopping, no cooking, no cleaning … giving you more time to enjoy your life.
