I was looking to do something special for my wife this past Valentine’s Day but didn’t want to do the standard fixed menu at any of the restaurants in Raleigh so I came up with the idea of hiring a personal chef. I had never done that before and wasn’t sure what to expect. I can tell you without exception that it was one of the best ideas I’ve ever had and no question one of the best food experiences I have had. Jimmy was nothing short of phenomenal from start to finish.
He made a customized menu for us and listened intently to our likes and dislikes. He gave us a wide variety of options to choose from based our input and what was seasonal and when it came to the meal itself he certainly delivered. Everything was made from scratch, it was fresh, it was light and it was cooked to perfection. I have eaten at all the major steakhouses in Raleigh and the steak I had that night blew those steakhouses away. After the meal he cleaned up and it was like he was never there. The whole experience was amazing and one we will not forget.
We will be inviting Jimmy into our home again without question and wouldn’t hesitate to refer him to anyone.

His meals are fresh, healthy, full of flavor, meet all dietary restrictions/requests and save our sanity because he has given us back hours each day. This has been a massive help for us and we are so thankful to have Chef Jimmy cooking up some incredible meals for us. He does the shopping, prep, cooking, packaging of meals in our fridge and freezer and the clean-up. He brings his own pots and pans too. He instantly feels like a family member in the kitchen as he prepares our family meals.
