Weekly Menu Subscription Terms
By subscribing to the TasteBuds Weekly Menu, you agree that:
- the Weekly Menu is for your personal use only;
- the Weekly Menu, in whole or in part, is not to be distributed, shared, published, sold, leased or repurposed without the express written consent of TasteBuds Personal Chef Services;
- the Weekly Menu includes recipes and an ingredient list for five meals and five side dishes;
- the Weekly Menu, in whole or in part, is not to be used commercially;
- although TasteBuds makes every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of the recipes and grocery lists offered in the Weekly Menu, due to variations in ingredients, preparation techniques and cooking conditions, TasteBuds can not guarantee the quality of the meals published in the Weekly Menu;
- you will receive a weekly e-mail from TasteBudsNC.com that includes an Adobe PDF attachment as long as your subscription remains in good standing;
- the Weekly Menu will be delivered via e-mail as an Adobe PDF attachment, and you will need Adobe Reader or comparable software to view and/or print the Weekly Menu;
- all subscription management and payment collection is handled through PayPal on behalf of TasteBuds;
- you will be bound by the PayPal terms of service as published on the PayPal Web site;
- your e-mail address, name, phone number and/or any other identifying information will not be sold, leased or otherwise shared by TasteBuds with any third-party, with the exception of PayPal, whose services TasteBuds is using via its Web site for the sole purpose of secure payment collection, subscription management and fraud prevention;
- TasteBuds neither stores nor has access to your PayPal username and/or password or credit card and/or debit card information;
- your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your elected subscription period unless you cancel your subscription through PayPal;
- you can not change your elected subscription period once subscribed without canceling the subscription, awaiting the end of the elected subscription period and then electing a different subscription period by subscribing again;
- you will no longer receive e-mails from TasteBuds when your subscription is canceled AND your elected subscription period has ended;
- you will be billed for the entire elected subscription period at the onset of your subscription;
- no part of your payment will be refunded if you cancel your subscription prior to the elected subscription period end date and;
- TasteBuds may terminate your subscription at any time without notice or refund if you do not comply with any of the above terms of use.
